"Those who find their life will lose it and those who lose their lives for Jesus’ sake will find it." (Matthew 10:39)
Our Youth Minister, Mrs Amy Griffin shares with us this week some of the activities of the SUPA Club which operates in our Primary School.
SUPA Club has been in full force this Term, with Tuesday lunchtimes hosting girls in Year 2 and 3, and Thursday lunchtimes for girls in Years 4-6. Mrs Griffin meets the students in L1 classroom and starts the meeting with a circle sharing time. From there, the students lead the way, sometimes sharing an inspirational song or a story from their life that can help someone else. The Junior girls love to play 'get to know you games' or drama games. The Senior girls have been working on a dance performance for the Whole School Worship held on Wednesday. They both finish with a prayer and SUPA Club cheer as the girls merrily head back to class.
SUPA Club is a voluntary club for Primary School girls held at lunch times. The idea is to build relationships and friendships between the girls, and spend time eating together, chatting, having fun, sharing and encouraging each other and learning about God's love at the same time. All Primary girls are welcome!
