Our first P&F meeting of the year was held on 13 February, and it was lovely to welcome two new parents to the meeting. All parents in the St Luke’s community are invited to attend meetings; meeting dates for 2019 are printed in the P&F calendar and all meetings are held in the Board Room. We welcome any new faces, any time.

This week you would have seen an email from Mr Merritt and posts on our Facebook pages regarding the P&F Cookbook, our first major initiative for our 25th Anniversary. Contributions are sought from all current and former parents, students and staff. We’d love you to share your favourite family recipes in this anniversary keepsake – submissions can be emailed to email@example.com before 5th April (end of Term 1).
Trivia Night - 22 March
Our Trivia Night is on 22nd March. Ticket sales are very positive and this event is generating a lot of excitement. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=462965&
We are looking for volunteers for half hour shifts on the bar during the night; rather than have one or two people work the whole evening, we will create a roster so that everyone can still have fun at their table for the majority of the evening but also help out for a short time on the night. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are able to help behind the bar.
The theme of the night is “Back to the 90’s” in honour of the decade St Luke’s was founded. As a fundraiser for the P&F, cheese platters and dessert platters can be pre-purchased, while drinks can be brought on the night.
