Trivia Night - 22 March

Our major event for Term 1 is the “Back to the 90s” Trivia Night on Friday 22 March, in the Middle School Building at 6.30pm. Tickets are only $10, and your table can be as big or as small as you like. There are prizes for best dressed person and best dressed table. Come along for a fun night, friendly bar service and bad fashion! Tickets are available from

We are looking for volunteers for half hour shifts on the bar during the night; rather than have one or two people work the whole evening, we will create a roster so that everyone can still have fun at their table for the majority of the evening but also help out for a short time on the night. Please email if you are able to help behind the bar.

The theme of the night is “Back to the 90’s” in honour of the decade St Luke’s was founded. As a fundraiser for the P&F, cheese platters and dessert platters can be pre-purchased, while drinks can be brought on the night.

Another major initiative for the P&F this term is the 25th Anniversary Cookbook. Current and former students, staff and parents are invited to submit recipes to for publication in our commemorative cookbook, which will be for sale at various anniversary events throughout the year.

Major Events

Major events for the rest of the year include: Jumps Day, Under 8s Day, Rock Pop Mime, St Luke’s Weekend, Primary Disco, Movie Night and the end of year Christmas Concerts. We are a small group of busy volunteers, always looking for more helpers. There is no obligation to join the P&F or even attend monthly meetings, but if you are happy to be contacted before an event to see if you are able to spare an hour for sizzling sausages, baking, selling tickets or serving drinks, please email
