Art Feast - 8 and 9 June

The P&F is proud to present Art Feast each year. Tickets are now on sale for our Art Feast Gala Night, on Saturday 8 June. This year we have a “Silver” theme, to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. We look forward to an evening of shimmery, silvery elegance.

Art Feast 2019 will be held over two days, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June, and includes works of art from artists in Bundaberg and further afield. We have so many workshops on offer - weaving, felting, drumming, musical theatre, drawing and ventriloquism - there really is something for everyone!

This year we have a dedicated website for Art Feast, www.artfeast.org.au, with detailed information on tickets sales and workshop registration.

Jumps Day - 6 and 7 June

One of the biggest days on our P&F Calendar is “Jumps Day”, the Bundaberg District Primary Schools Athletics Carnival, held every year at St Luke’s. We cater for 1000 students, staff and parents from 36 schools in the Bundaberg region. And if you think that is big, this year we are doing it all again the next day, for 2000 people! Please mark Thursday 6 and Friday 7 June in your calendars - this is a huge annual event and we need helpers over both days. Jobs include baking cakes and slices for our canteen, serving in the canteen, cooking bacon & egg rolls for breakfast, working on the sausage sizzle and cleaning up at the end of the day.

More hands make light work, we are a friendly bunch of people, and we’re raising money for facilities at our school. If you can spare even an hour on either the Thursday or Friday, please email clare-mcconnel@stlukes.qld.edu.au
